To celebrate the holiday season, this Wednesday we’ll have Brews and Cheese with Urban Chestnut Brewing Co. as they feature their Schnickelfritz Bavarian Weissbier , the English-style brown porter Harwood Myth, Erlkonig Double Wheat Bock Pale Ale, STLIPA Double IPA, and Winged Nut Chestnut Ale… all with cheese pairings meant to enhance the flavors of each beer straight from their executive chef.
• A TO Z Winery’s Oregonian Pinot Noir (vibrant red fruit flavors and floral notes) and Pinot Gris (bright and succulent with lively fruit and mineral notes).
• Hess Select Sauvignon Blanc (flavors of guava, lemongrass and ripe melons alongside key lime, grapefruit and kiwi).
• Paoletti Vineyards’ Piccolo Cru Red Blend is refined, complex and elegant. Well integrated with black cherry, warm spice, smokey oak and supple tannins. It’s 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Malbec, 18% Merlot, 8% Petite Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc.
