butternut pinot noir

Chappellet Mountain Cuvee. On the plush, rich palate, this wine is immediately hedonistic and satisfying. Mouthcoating flavors of black cherry and cassis arelayered with clove and vanilla, while integrated tannins give balance and structure to this complex blend of Bordeaux varietals. Blend: 43% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Petit Verdot, 7% Malbec, 5% Cabernet Franc.

Butternut Pinot Noir. Combining the grapes from the Napa Valley, Monterey and Sonoma appellations as well as within the sub-appellations of the Sonoma Coast and Santa Lucia, Butternut’s array of red and dark berry flavors are met with a medium bodied, silky finish. Perfect  with grilled salmon, pork roast or a light pasta.

sean minor 4B

Sean Minor’s ‘Four Bears’ Sauvignon Blanc. This Sauvignon Blanc is a golden straw color and displays aromas of lime, orange blossom, melon, grass and a touch of tropical fruit notes. On the entry, the juicy grapefruit acidity integrates well with a medium body midpalate mouthfeel. The kiwi, green apple and peach flavors evolve into a hint of minerality that adds complexity to the finish.

Scarpetta Timido Brut Rose.  It’s bright, with flavors of cherry and strawberry, soft dose of minerality and a late brush of herbs. The bubbles are soft and delicate, the acidity is very well balanced, and the finish is very crisp and clean.
