COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION:

An Imperial Stout with Peanut Butter and Roasted Coffee.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pours a pitch black color with a thin caramel-colored head that dissipates quickly.

Aroma: Roasted malt, Peanut Brittle, and a bit of Espresso Coffee.

Taste: Deep Roasted malt. A blend of Dark and Milk Chocolate with a subtle, but apparent layer of Peanut Butter. I consumed it at about 50 degrees which seemed just about right.

Mouthfeel: Thick with a velvety texture.  Mildly carbonated.

Overall: A very well crafted Pastry Stout with a deep nuanced structure. Drink!
