WILLY NILLY – a crisp and refreshing golden ale balanced to perfection by fruity hops, orange peel, and a hint of ginger. Easy going, easy drinking, and delicious.

THRASHER-ER IPA – a change of pace from their Thrasher Session IPA, Thrasher-er marries the enchanting flavors of even more magical fruity hops with a perfect-er malt balance. ABV-ier at 7%, and IBU-ier than Thrasher.

TWISTED LOGIK – this 6.8% ABV IPA is somewhat malt heavier than Thrasher-er, with hop flavors offering a little pine balanced by an orange peel fruitiness.

For the liquors, we’ll be hosting the famous DEEP EDDY juice-infused brand of vodkas so you can try out their:

RUBY RED – It’’s as if you took fresh squeezed pink grapefruit and magically turned it into vodka. Lingering sweet fruit notes leave your mouth feeling like you just had half a grapefruit.

ORANGE – Made with the freshest blend of real oranges mixed with 10X distilled and naturally gluten free vodka. It’’s smooth and refreshing.

LEMON – Made with all-natural, real lemon juice, it’s truly an instant classic.

CRANBERRY – a Cape Cod in a glass, made with real cranberries harvested from a family-owned farm in Massachusetts along with a little cane sugar to balance the tartness.

And for the wines, our wonderful rep from A. Bommarito will be bringing these fine wines for you to sample:

FALERNIA SYRAH RESERVA – earning a 90 point score from Robert Parker, the wine’s palate is medium-bodied, with plenty of deep fruit, touches of spice, and velvety tannins that lets the flavor lasts and lasts on the palate.

FALERNIA SAUVIGNON BLANC – this delicious white wine from Chile offers tastes of a clean minerality balanced with ripe gooseberry, citrus and apple fruit flavors and a crisp acidity

TILIA MALBEC – earning a 90 point score from Robert Parker, this wine is rich and full-bodied with flavors of juicy blackberries, cranberries, and black currants abound, followed by notes of vanilla and sweet spice.

GRUET BRUT – With an 89 rating from Wine Spectator, the richly-styled Brut from this winery in New Mexico delivers a crisp and toasty flavor with spicy tropical fruit aromas and appealing baked apple, cinnamon and herb notes.

GRAYSON CABERNET SAUVIGNON – this dark, full-bodied wine starts off with intense notes of dark fruit (mostly blackberry) and  hints of black pepper that give way to a soft lingering finish with hints of toasted French oak.

In honor of our 2nd anniversary, we’ll be hosting an afternoon tasting of wines and liquors. We’ll start off our new local distillery LIFTED SPIRITS who’ll be sampling these selections from their family of spirits:

LIFTED SPIRITS GIN – getting its flavor from the botanicals’ vapors rather than by soaking in them, the  10 different botanicals including chamomile, cardamom, hibiscus, elderberries, and orange peel, juniper, orris root, vanilla, licorice root and coriander are lighter, more crisp, more aromatic, without the intense pine tree taste that overwhelms the other flavors in many gins.

LIFTED SPIRITS VODKA – made from red winter wheat grown by farmers less than an hour from Kansas City, this vodka is incredibly smooth.

WICKET & PEG BOURBON – smooth, vanilla forward and slightly citrus tasting. It’s totally sippable, or great for cocktails.  Handcrafted by Coulter & Payne in Union, Missouri, their traditional farm distillery approach utilizes locally sourced water and non-GMO corn grown without herbicides.

And for the wines, our wonderful rep from A. Bommarito will be making a return engagement with these fine wines for you to sample:
