This Friday we will be hosting our Goose Island representative who’s bringing some of their beers for you to sample from:
•Sofie. Their sparkling Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale is wine barrel-aged with an abundance of hand-zested orange peel. Spicy white pepper notes contrast the citrus tartness. The light, refreshing, creamy vanilla finish will excite those fond of Champagne.
•IPA. A hop lover’s dream with a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, and long hop finish.
•Winter Ale. Layered with rich, nutty chocolate notes and malty, roasted caramel flavors.
BONUS –For those who are reading this, ask us and we’ll taste you out on some Laphroaig Single Malt Scotches as well.
