COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION:

When I was 12 I dreamed of becoming a pastry chef. Call this a creative outlet. Thick, rich and excessively decadent, this beer aims to bring back childhood memories. Brewed with aromas.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pours a pitch black with a beige/brown creamy head.

Aroma: Wow…dark chocolate brownies, vanilla bean, pecan, and praline.

Taste: Flavors of roasted malt, dark chocolate cake, mocha pudding, and vanilla. The alcohol is integrated well.

Mouthfeel: Full bodied, soft carbonation with a mild bitter finish.

Overall: An absolutely lovely Pastry Stout! Should be on any Stout Aficionado’s short list to try.
