An overindulgence of Mosaic hops compliments a simplified malt bill, generating a rush of blueberry, tangerine, papaya and pine notes.

Tasting Notes

I want to get this out in the open; I love Mosaic Hops!  With that said, Zipline’s Mosaic IPA doesn’t just not disappoint, it exceeded my expectations.

Appearance: Pours a hazy yellow/orange with a bright, one finger white head. Good retention and lacing.

Aroma: Aromas of tropical fruit burst forward such as mango, papaya, and tangerine.

Taste: The malt bill is simple, but lies a nice foundation.  Hops, and more hops, flavors of tropical fruit from start to finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium thickness with a refreshing crisp finish.

Overall: Highly recommended
