Join us this Friday evening for a “take a break from the cold” tasting as we lay out a selection of sun-and-fun-minded adult beverages for you to sample. We’ll start off our line-up with COOP ALE WORKS out of Oklahoma City bringing these beers for you to taste:

F5 IPA – earning a 96 points score on RateBeer, the straightforward malt body of this IPA supports the distinctive bouquet of Columbus and Falconers Flight hops that impart citrus, grapefruit and pine notes characteristic of the West Coast style.

SPARE RIB PALE ALE – Big on late-hopped flavor, easy on bitterness, our American Pale Ale has a heaping portion of Columbus and Amarillo hops added after it leaves the brewhouse.

SATURDAY SIREN –  a light-bodied, crisp and refreshing pilsner that’s dry-hopped with Idaho 007 and Comet hops to bring new world flavor to this old world style, giving it a little of the earthy and fruity flavors with a clean finish.

GRAN SPORT PORTER – a robust porter with aromatic notes of chocolate and roasted coffee complimenting the full-bodied mouthfeel derived from a healthy addition of oat flakes. Dark. Roasty. Malty. Splendid.

For the liquors, we’ll be getting you into the Spingtime beach mood thanks to our great Glazers rep who’s bringing these flavorful BACARDI RUMS for you to try:

LIMON – a carefully crafted product that infuses BACARDÍ rum with the essence of the royal family of citrus fruits: lemon, lime and grapefruit.

BANANA – a white rum expertly blended for character and flavor to create an authentic Banana taste with aroma notes of fruit and candy banana, sweet brown, caramel and vanilla with an aftertaste of sweet banana with burnt sugar, sweet brown notes and butterscotch.

DRAGONBERRY – a unique blend of ripe juicy strawberries and sweet, exotic dragonfruit that creates a bold flavor that no other flavored spirit offers.

And for the wines, our excellent rep from A. Bommarito will be bringing these for you to try:

WOOP WOOP SHIRAZ – A full-bodied and flavorsome wine, deep-hued with richly scented aromatics and a long, soft and juicy palate. Of lush mouthfeel, bursting with blackberry, blueberry jam and licorice, this wine guarantees a true Australian Shiraz experience.

SARACCO MOSCATO d’ASTI – earning a score of 92 points from Wine Enthusiast and Wine Advocate, the elegantly foaming creamy palate of this sparkling wine offers candied apricot, tangerine zest and ginger. Lively acidity gives it a crisp refreshing finish.

TILIA MALBEC – earning a 90 point score from Robert Parker, this wine is rich and full-bodied with flavors of juicy blackberries, cranberries, and black currants abound, followed by notes of vanilla and sweet spice.

HESS SAUVIGNON BLANC – fermented in stainless steel tanks, this wine offers plenty of citrus and tropical fruit flavors alongside a crisp, bright freshness encouraged by wonderful acidity and a full, rich mouthfeel.

GRAYSON CABERNET SAUVIGNON – this dark, full-bodied wine starts off with intense notes of dark fruit (mostly blackberry) and  hints of black pepper that give way to a soft lingering finish with hints of toasted French oak.
