Friday, June 3rd
Join us as we kick off the month of June with some Summer-y style refreshments for your tasting enjoyment. We’ll start with some delicious beers you may not be familiar with:
SCHLAFLY AMERICAN IPA – A blend of Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe hop varietals imparts AIPA with bitterness and prominent aromas of citrus and fruit. With a score of 98 on RateBeer, this is a great one to try.
ANCHORAGE LOVE BUZZ SAISON – one of the TOP 50 beers on RateBeer with a score of 100, this fantastic Saison is brewed with spices and aged in French oak Pinot Noir barrels. A beer mot to be missed!
STILLWATER/WESTBROOK GOSE GONE WILD – another can’t miss beer with a perfect 100 score on RateBeer, Stillwater takes Westbrook’s refreshing gose and cranks it up with a massive dose of Citra and Amarillo hops, then ferments it with various strains of Brettanomyces.
For the vodkas, we’re bringing back —
COORANBONG and BOMBORA VODKAS – Cooranbong is a vodka made out of grapes from the Barossa Valley in Australia, distilled 10 times to make it a “smooth,” bite-free vodkas with an almost spring water-like finish in the mouth. Bombora is distilled 7 times from premium Australian grapes, and utilizes Australian water to create one of the smoothest, cleanest and freshest gluten-free vodkas in its price-point on the market today.
For the wines, we’ll be tasting 3 from ODISEA WINES:
