Friday Mar 9th
4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Join us this Big 12 Conference Friday as we bring in a wide array of adult beverages for you to sample. We’ll tip off the tastings with beers from Missouri’s own MOTHER’S BREWING CO. who are bringing these selections for you to try:

TROP TOP – Heavily hopped with Citra and Mosaic late in the whirlpool and in the dry hop, this refreshing pale has a big fruity hop punch with a very restrained bitterness. The malt body is light with a mild sweetness to round out this juicy, tropical fruity pale.

LIME GOSE – Kettle souring with lactobacillus lays down tart acidity, enhanced with kaffir lime leaves, lime zest, and salt. It gets a final kick with fresh lime juice post fermentation. The finished beer is light, bright, and vigorously quenching.

THREE BLIND MICE – this beautiful brown beer is medium-bodied with caramel, toffee, and subtle chocolate malt flavors—all balanced by moderate hop notes and a clean, dry finish.

Foe the liquor, our wonderful rep from Major Brands will be bringing the new-to-the-area BORN AND BRED VODKA  (the brand that actor Channing Tatum launched). from Grand Teton Distillery in Idaho. Founded in 2011, the Grand Teton Distillery has received numerous accolades for their spirits. Master Distiller John Boczar uses local Idaho potatoes to craft a flavorful vodka.

Twenty-times distilled, it’s prepared in small batches and nourished by the unspoiled glacial water that flows from the Grand Teton Mountains, giving Born and Bred a clean, crisp taste that is perfect for neat or “on the rocks” savoring as well as mixing. Minerally, fruity aromas give way to flavors of apple juice and candy wrapper with a round, soft, dry light-to-medium body and a peppery finish. A robust, spicy vodka with a sweet underbelly.

And for the wines, our exceptional rep from Major Brands will also be bringing these for you to try:
