SPACE DUST IPA – earning a 96 points score from RateBeer, this fresh hoppy IPA is brewed with Chinook hops to bitter and then dry-hopped with additions of Citra and Amarillo hops.

THE IMMORTAL IPA – a classic English-style version of an IPA brewed with Pale, Munich, Crystal and Cara-hell malts as well as being bittered with Chinook hops, then finished with Amarillo and Centennial hops.

BIFROST WINTER PALE ALE – Smells alluringly sweet like caramel apples with a little spice and orange zest. Taste is bold and balanced with a good amount of citrus and earthy hop bitters to offset the malt character. Finishes dry with a bit of fruit.

And for the liquors, our rep from A. Bommarito will be bringing these for you to try, and making cocktails with them:

smooth-amSMOOTH AMBLER OLD SCOUT 7YR WHISKEY – this 99 proof has a mashbill of 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley. Very warm, with lots of spice, it starts off with caramel and rounded vanilla, followed by a bit of definite pepper before a rush of citrus and apricot become apparent on the finish.

NONINO AMARO – Using a family recipe since 1897, this is a careful infusion of alpine herbs, enriched by the presence of grape distillate aged over 5 years in French Oak and sherry barrels. A light and velvety textured sweetness on the attack leads to a slightly bitter, dryer finish.

BLUEWATER ORGANIC DISTILLING’S HALCYON GIN – A classic London Dry aromatic profile with a citrus-forward brightness that is both traditionally engaging and versatile for bold explorations. Their aromatics steep for 24 hours in hand-hammered copper kettles.
