Inspired by an iconic tropical cocktail with a twist of what a modern beer should taste like.  An IPA shaken up with lactose and with coconut and pineapple added.  It’s creamy, fruity, comforting, annoyingly good and basically the epitome of poolside drinking.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pours a cloudy golden orange with a big foamy white head.

Aroma: Aromas of citrus hops, pineapple, sweet milk, and Coppertone lotion (In a good way).

Taste: As advertised, biscuit, lactose sweetness, coconut, pineapple, and other tropical goodness.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, smooth, creamy, with light carbonation. Dry finish.

Overall: If you like a good Pina Colada, and you like yourself a good IPA, this beer has married the two very well.
