Join us as we kick off the weekend with a selection of adult beverages to fight off the cold and tantalize your tastebuds. We’ll start off with this assortment of beers from OSKAR BLUES BREWERY out of Colorado:

PINNER – Dry-hopping with several different heady hops, including a killer experimental variety, gives PINNER this tropical, stoned fruit aroma with hints of pine and smooth malt in the flavor.

DALE’S PALE ALE – Delivers a hoppy nose and assertive-but-balanced flavors of pale malts and citrusy floral hops from start to finish.

MAMA’S LITTLE YELLA PILS – Unlike mass market‚ “pilsners‚” diluted with corn and rice, Mama’s is built with 100% pale malt, German specialty malts, and Saaz hops.

OLD CHUB –  Scottish strong ale (8% ABV) brewed with bodacious amounts of malted barley and specialty grains, and a dash of beechwood-smoked malt. Old Chub features semi-sweet flavors of cocoa and coffee, and a wee-bit of smoke

For the cocktails, our rep from BOOZY BOTANICALS will be combining various liquors in with these botanical simple syrup mixers of theirs that are also perfect for mixing with sparkling water, lemonade, tea or coffee:

ROSEMARY MINT – a delicate balance between warm and crisp, earthy honey sweetness, herbal and savory.

CARDAMOM SPICE – a curry inspired blend of 6 spices, wrapped in a bouquet of orange blossom and licorice vines.

GINGER HISBISCUS – vibrant, floral, sweet tartness and subtle ginger notes give your cocktails a refreshing lift.

THREE PEPPER – this Sweet Heat blend of Jalapeño, Anaheim and Serrano Pepper is spicy and herbaceous.

CLASSIC ROSE – deliciously aromatic with the floral taste of rose petals and a smooth honeyed finish.

LAVENDER EARL GREY – a flavorful combination of lavender and bergamot floral tastes in an earl grey tea syrup.

And for the wines, our sterling rep from Appellations will be bringing these fine wines for you to try:

LAMBERT DE SEYSSEL “PETIT ROYAL” – from the village of Seyssel in the French Alps, this delicious sparkling wine is made from the grapes Molette and Altesse (which dates back to at least 1363 in this area). Offering delightful flavors of alpine flowers, dried fruit, wildflower honey, and a toasty, yeasty note that gives this sparkler an aromatic richness and complexity.

SPANN VINEYARDS “CLASSIC FOUR” – this Bordeaux-style red blend from Sonoma County is made up of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Cabernet Franc, 26% Petit Verdot and 6% Malbec. Deep, dark red fruit flavors (including dry cherries) with a hint of spice balanced by medium acidity make for a full-bodied, easy-drinking wine.

VILLA WOLF DRY RIESLING – earning a 90 points score from Wine Enthusiast, this dry German Riesling offers loads of juicy tangerine and grapefruit flavors. It’s refreshingly tart, with a lean, steely finish and a perfectly balanced acidity.

FORTNIGHT CABERNET SAUVIGNON – dark and brooding with loads of blackberries and cassis with macerated maraschino cherries supported by hints of vanilla, cedar and a solid core of spice. This wine has a soft entry but has great density across the mid-palate and a long, smooth finish.
