For the liquors, we’ll be hosting BLUEWATER ORGANIC DISTILLING (from the Port of Everett, Washington) who are renowned for creating their small-batch spirits from the finest organic ingredients, using traditional copper pot stills to create a level of softness and smoothness that industrial producers don’t match. They’ll be bringing these for you to sample:

HALCYON ORGANIC GIN – With a rare 5-star rating from respected critic Aaron Knoll of, this classic London Dry-style gin offers an aromatic profile of refined botanicals with a citrus-forward brightness in flavor.

BLUEWATER ORGANIC VODKA – The only vodka to be 100% distilled in traditional copper kettles from 100% organic ingredient, it’s bottled with minimal filtration and a zero additive commitment that gives it a silky smooth texture with clean, dry, rich flavors; lovely spice and fresh, mellow vanilla influenced style; balanced, clean and showing some pleasant heat on the finish.
