HOUSE BREW – a robust wheat stout brewed with over 50% malted wheat and a touch of oats for a silky smooth mouth-feel. Roasted wheat and chocolate malt give this beer a nice roasty profile that pairs nicely with the earthy tones of Sumatran coffee

MONK & HONEY – Brewed with barley, Belgian yeast, and local honey this beer is simple yet complex. A light floral quality and hint of sweetness remain from the honey nicely complementing the simple grain bill and earthy/spicy Belgian yeast.

ALPHA PALE ALE – Packed full of juicy pacific northwest hops this is the perfect session beer for hopheads.

Join us this Friday evening as we feature a fantastic selection of adult beverages to prime you for New Years Eve. We’ll be kicking off the proceedings with hometown favorite BOULEVARD BREWING as they bring some old and new favorites for you to try:

TANK 7 – a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes before the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish.

THE CALLING DOUBLE IPA – their most heavily hopped beer ever, bursting forth with unmistakable tropical fruit and pine hop aromas and flavor supported with a slightly sweet malt character, tapering to a crisp, dry finish.

DARK TRUTH IMPERIAL STOUT – layers of complex flavors of espresso, roasted fig, crème brulée.  Belgian yeast provides a plum-like fruitiness, noble German hops reveal spicy, herbal notes, while the rich, velvety mouthfeel mellows to a dry, smoky finish.

SIXTH GLASS – this quadrupel ale is a deep and full-flavored libation, dark auburn and full-bodied, with a sweetness that’s deceptive.

And for the sparkling wines, we’ll be hosting this great line-up for you to sample:

LE MESNIL GRAND CRU BLANC DE BLANCS – The palate is surprisingly full and rich for a Blanc de Blancs with mouth-filling flavours of pastry, baked bread, cashew and biscuit with notes of  poached pear and candied lemon zest running through.. Clean finish. Creamy texture and excellent length.

LUC BELAIRE BRUT – a champagne with a fruit-forward flavor profile of citrus and stone fruits, such as peach, grapefruit, and lemon. In the mouth, the wine is dry and light, with a crisp finish.

LUC BELAIRE RARE ROSE –  A rich red fruit bouquet precedes an elegant palate of strawberry and black currant, resulting in a perfect harmony of aroma, taste, body, and finish: refreshing but not too sweet. A delicious, delicate blend of three of France’s most famous rose grapes: Syrah, Cinsault, and Grenache, aged for the perfect effervescence and blended with a 100% Syrah dosage.

GLORIA FERRER BRUT – earning s score of 92 points from Wine Enthusiast, and made from mostly Pinot Noir grapes with an addition of 8.8% Chardonnay, this Méthode Champenoise wine is sultry in raspberry cream and crème brûlée, with enough acidity to keep it fresh in the glass. The finish offers a taste of toast with ginger jam.

SEGURA VIUDAS BRUT CAVA – a cuvée of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo grapes grown in the renowned Penedès region of Spain, this wine is vinified according to méthode champenoise technique and is aged in the bottle for up to 2 years.  It offers cool, crisp cider apple flavors along with leesy notes of toast, nuts and flowers, and a mouth-pleasing sensation of creaminess .

SEGURA VIUDAS BRUT ROSE CAVA – this dry rosé features Spain’s rare Trepat varietal, giving it notes of sweet strawberry, cherry and citrus and a finish driven by good acidity with a little bit of melon and some mineral notes.
